Hervé Léger accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collections and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return packing slip inside the package.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
